Weirton Daily Times:
Thursday, July 29, 2004 & Friday, July 30, 2004
I do have Oliver's Obituary. I have it copied on my friend's digital camera but it won't be up until
Sunday 8/29 or Monday 8/30 so check back. A lot of people have been asking me about the accident and what his car looks
like so I will be putting up a picture of what his car looks like now as soon as possible.
Oliver is buried in Oak Grove Cemetery in Follansbee.
*Oliver is located toward the back of the big circle on
the left when entering.* His mom has said that the tomb stone will be up in October or April and will include a picture of
him.
August 28th will mark the one month of Oliver missing from us. He did indeed have tickets to Ozzfest on that
day @ Post-Gazette Pavilion. A bunch of us are going if you would like to join us.

Failure to yeild... This is bull. Ryan (Charles) passed 2 cars before hitting Oliver going
more then 70 mph on a 40 mph road. Just 2 weeks before this accident he had a DUI. Ryan didn't try to stop by looking
at the markings on the road and the cops didn't even measure the markings or start to look in to the accident when this
was printed. Oliver's parents had to call to get them to do their job. It's not right to pin this on Oliver since he died
and can't speak for himself. We can't let Ryan not be punished for his actions. The law must do something.
Oliver's car was hit from the driver's side from the back of the door to the rear wheel.
His car is shaped around the truck. The driver's door was ripped off. The driver's side had been pushed over to the passengers
side. Just so you all know...Oliver was indeed wearing his seat belt like he always does, but the way he was hit wouldn't
of helped him. He was also wearing his Hellraiser shirt that day if you were wondering.
Ryan, after released from the hospital, went home, got in his parent's vehicle and went partying
that night...how can you do that after killing someone. He yelled at Ruby (Oliver's present girlfriend) claming he was not
speading and going 30 mph, but by looking at Oliver's car you know he was not going the speed limit. If he was he would have
had time to stop. Each time he was asked how fast it was something different proving he was lying.
Ryan has no respect. He has said that he doesn't care about Oliver and that he wishes
we all were in the car with him. This 18 year old should of had his license removed from him the first time he got a
DUI & should learn to keep his mouth shut.
